Return Policy

1.      Exchange must be made within 3 days after customer received the item and can only be made for item purchased in full amount (not purchase during RAMADHAN AND SYAWAL /promotion/discounted price)
*During month of Ramadhan and Syawal in muslim calendar cannot exchange due to overwhelming order & postage

2. Exchange with different design is not allowed

3. Do not remove the tag, tag damage, we will not be able to exchange your item without original tag

4. Do not make any alteration to the item received as we will not accept any return and exchange when you change the original condition of the item

6. Postage cost of return and exchange must be bourne fully by the customer

7. For any complaint and feedback raised after the 3 days of grace period will not be entertained

8. Complaint on defect item product(s) or promotion/discounted price will not be entertained

9. Once payment has been made and date has been confirmed, customers are NOT ALLOWED to change pickup date/postage as it might affect another customer pick up date.

 

Refund Policy

1.      We DO NOT offer any refund policy. Only exchange will be allowed with the same or higher price of the original item.

2. For any discounted/promotion price and during month of Ramadhan and Syawal, we do not offer any refund/exchange.

 

Cancellation Policy

1.      Any cancellation order is not allowed.

2. Customer can exchange item with the same price or size only (Only for ready stock item & for item in full amount only. Item purchased during Ramadhan and Syawal/discounted/promotion price; defect item product(s) are not eligible to exchange).
