SHIPPING POLICY

HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

All online purchase placed Monday through Friday will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days of the order. Orders shipped outside of the Malaysia can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery and we are neither aware of nor responsible for any customs/duty charges. 

Please Note: During sale periods, processing time for standard shipping may be delayed due to an influx in orders.

FASHIONLOVA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1. Delays with shipping due to courier error.
2. International Duties or Customs charges
3. Products that are lost/damaged in courier. The courier will be responsible for any of the lost/damaged. Contact the courier service if your product has any trouble during delivery.
4. Products marked delivered by the courier. You will need to contact the courier to obtain information regarding your parcel.
5. Parcel(s) delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
